The collaborative robot TM5 features simple programming, innovative integrated vision system and latest safety functionality. With the build-in vision system, the users are able to deploy a wide variety of applications such as loading and unloading, assembly or quality control of work pieces.
In this application, our vision system shows its AOI counting ability to count the number of the dices. With the integration of the TBI Ball Screw SFNH, the robot demonstrates its capabilities to work together with other devices. The TBI ball screw SFNH can provide high-speed transmission but low noise. In addition, this application can be used for positioning accuracy control such as precision machine tools and transport machinery.
